What we do

We listen
In the worker immigration world, there are always three players: The worker. The employer. The government.
Things are never simple in a three way relationship. We listen a lot.
We do not make decisions until we know that the worker, the employer and government are sailing in the same direction.

We do not file any application until three things are clear:
1. What are the chances of success?
2. How long will it take?
3. How much will it cost?

We process
We have the lawyers and staff required to file all applications.
We have been around long enough to know a few things about applications; First, every application is different. Second, every application must be complete. Third, never, ever lie.

We commit
What sets Worker Canada apart is that we do not simply file an application and, in the event that the application fails, say “sorry”. We commit for the entire game. We do not stop until the worker is a landed immigrant. We persist no matter how long and how many applications it takes.

We lobby
What sets Worker Canada apart is our track record in lobbying. Canada’s system recognizes that rules may require clarification or change. Canada licenses persons or corporations that can ask for clarification or changes of rules. Worker Canada is registered by government to lobby on behalf of its clients immigration needs .
If employers & workers are logical and patient, government will eventually recognize reasonable clarifications or changes.

We partner
Worker Canada has a long history of joining with stakeholders in advancing causes common to trades workers and persons at risk.
